## What changed

Starting September 30, 2026 (rollout delayed from July 13, 2026), GET /2010-04-01/Accounts/{AccountSid}/Conferences.json without a Status filter returns only in-progress conferences instead of in-progress and completed ones. Code that lists conferences without Status and expects completed ones gets silently incomplete results.

## What to do

Pass Status=completed explicitly when you need completed conferences (reporting, billing or cleanup jobs), and make a second request without it for in-progress ones if you need both; do not rely on the unfiltered list containing completed conferences.
