## What changed

As of Admin API version 2026-10, POST carrier_services.json only registers the carrier service; Shopify no longer adds it to the General shipping profile.

## What to do

After creating a carrier service, add its rates to a shipping profile, or direct merchants to add the carrier-calculated rate in the Shopify admin.
