What changed
As of Admin API version 2026-07, customerPaymentMethodRemoteCreate requires the gateway's payment method identifier: paymentMethodId for Stripe, customerPaymentProfileId for Authorize.net, paymentMethodToken for Braintree.
What to do
Send the gateway's payment method identifier with every customerPaymentMethodRemoteCreate call before moving to 2026-07.
